Q When do parents return the order form?
The school should notify you as to how and when they wish to collect the forms. They should all be returned by the due date that is written on the form to avoid additional costs and to avoid delay.
Q I've lost my order form. What should I do?
The school office has a small number of spare order forms. Ask the school secretary for your individual ID number in which to add to the top of the form and complete as usual.
Q I didn’t hand in my order form on the due date. What will I do?
All students are photographed on the day, if they are present. You will be unable to order siblings photographs after the photography sessions.
If you wish to pay by cash, then it will be too late to do so now. However, you will be able to order online if you do so immediately after the photography day. You will have approximately three days in which to make your online order.
After Amante School Photography has put in the order for the majority of the centre’s prints, then there will be additional freight costs.

Please order your package option first and then add various additional products to the shopping cart.
When deciding on the package, ensure that you fill in the form stating the student’s ID number, Name and contact details.
Q How do I order sibling photographs?
To order a siblings photograph of your family you can do so by ticking on the siblings section of the order form. You need only add this to one student’s order form.
When purchasing online you will find it is included in the packages section of the shopping cart. You can add sibling photographs as an additional option here. Please ensure that you fill out the form that is provided.
Q I haven’t received online confirmation of my payment. How can I obtain this?
After you make an online booking you should receive a receipt via your email account. Please keep a record of this number and write it on the order form. If you didn’t receive a receipt, it is likely that it may have landed in your junk folder. Please check this.
In addition, please ensure that you hand in your completed printed form to the centre on the due date, that is written on the forms, to avoid delays. The centre will notify you as to how these forms will be collected.
When you receive your prints you will also receive an invoice.
Q What is the quality of the photography and the prints?
Amante Photography prints are produced on high quality paper, produced through a professional photo lab. Our enlargements are of superior giclee quality prints. You even have the option of having them framed if you wish, through our online purchases.
Amante School Photography prides itself into taking photographs that are fun yet fashionably minimal in style. Our templates are quirky and contemporary, which will add an extra vibe to your children’s memories into the future.
Q Why are the enlargements more expensive than the group photographs?
Amante School Photography uses higher grade papers for our enlargements. We consider these to be in the fine arts category, and as such are more expensive.
Our desire is to provide our clients with additional choices in which to order photographic products, that go above and beyond the expectations of the majority of school photography businesses. We have been participating in this industry for many years, and have a great range of experiences in the photography arena.
Q Do the photographers from Amante School Photography have a working with children check?
We understand the importance of the safety of each and every student in the school and therefore all our staff have a working with children check.
Q How much experience has the photographer had working with children?
As the owner of the studio, I have a degree in Early Years teaching. I have worked with children for over 25 years in International and local Preschools and Primary schools. I’m looking forward to having the opportunity of taking photographs of the students in the school environment and in Early Years centres.
Q What method of payment do you accept?
Each student will receive a printed order form via the School/Centre. This order MUST be paid and returned to the school by the due date indicated on the form and prior to the photography day. The payment method must be clearly stated on the form.

However, we understand that some guardians may prefer cash payments or visa card payments which are accessible via the printed form and envelop provided.
Q What happens if a student is absent on the day of the photography session?
This will be dependent on whether or not we are photographing in your local area in the future and if any organisations have affiliate centres nearby. If this is the case guardians may be able to attend another centre to make up for a missed photographic session. Please email us on info@amantephotography.com.au

Q When will we receive our photographs?
It is Amante School Photography’s priority to process your child’s images and get the prints delivered to you as soon as possible. This is reliant on the cooperation of schools/centres and guardians. We have all the systems in place to ensure a quick and streamlined process, working with professional printers and editors.
There is a great deal of work that goes on behind the scenes to ensure that your prints and products are delivered to you at the highest quality and in a prompt and professional manner.
Q How large is the digital file and how do I access my free download?
For every deluxe package ordered, guardians will receive a free 8 by 12 inch digital file at 300 psi for print. This will be delivered via the email address that is indicated on the printed form, once the order has been processed. Please ensure that if you order online, you use the same email address for cross checking. Thank you.
Q What editing is done to the photographs?
Amante School Photography will carry out limited enhancements to all photographs via Lightroom and/or Photoshop. This will include optimal cropping and white balance.
If an enlargement or fine art print has been ordered then minor additional editing may be carried out, including, but not limited to the removal of minor blemishes, dust removal, harsh light spots or strands of hair on clothing. These edits are only minor and are at the discretion of the editors.
We will endeavour to get in right in camera to avoid this.
